NHS PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promotion available to NHS employees and individuals employed within the care system and must be residents of the UK. Proof of employment may be required.
2. Promotion is subject to availability. If the date of your wedding is already booked by another couple we will offer alternative dates where available. If no date is suitable then the offer will be withdrawn. A maximum of one promotional wedding per calendar week will available.
3. Promotion available to confirmed booking made on or before 31st December 2020. Definition of a confirmed booking is: Deposit paid in full and contract signed and returned.
4. Travel expenses, which may include accommodation will be chargeable to wedding venues that fall outside a fifty mile radius of Penrith, Cumbria. There are no travel expenses within the fifty mile radius. The discount of 25% off wedding photography does not include travel and subsistence which will be quoted for separately prior to any bookings.
5. We reserve the right to modify, cancel and limit any promotion or offer at anytime without prior notification. We reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to particular individuals or organisations at our discretion. No warranties or guarantees are made.
6. By booking and paying the reservation deposit, it is deemed that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
